About Us
The Change A Life Foundation was founded by Don and Melinda Wooden in 2000. Our mission is to bring together resources, acting upon and resulting in positive life changes. Our vision is to reach people of all nations for Christ so they in turn can disciple change in the lives of others.
Our mission work uses a three-tiered partnership with an international partner (who assist in the funding), the national partner (who oversees the implementation of the project), and the local or “grassroots” partner (who provides the labor). Our goal behind the design of the partnership is to allow the people in need to be connected to the mission work, and therein its maintenance and success. Our model creates an environment where economic as well as spiritual and personal growth is fostered. This allows the people to prosper, leaving behind their need for hand-outs.
